Structured fabrics
Structured fabrics are characterized by the fact that they do not have any more complex jacquard pattern. They are made by different weaving techniques. In suitable combinations, they can be very versatile, especially for modern upholstered furniture. The result of using coarser and finer yarns and combinations of thicker and thinner linings is either a coarser or finer look of these fabrics. Structured fabrics may have different above-standard properties such as softness, voluminosity, nonflammability, water-repellence and dirt resistance.
